Magical Breakfast Blaster - Energy

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)

  • 1/2 large ripe banana, broken into chunks

  • 1/3 cup TLS Nutrition Vanilla Shake(1 scoop)

  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseed oil

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 tbsp apple juice concentrate or honey

  • 8 oz water

  • 1 tsp psyllium seed husks ( optional )

  • 1 cap Istotonix B Complex Powder

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Optional: Add a few cubes of ice.  Cover; blend until fairly smooth.

Ingredients

  • large ripe banana

  • handfull of Spinach

  • Chiaseed Pudding

  • 1/3 cup TLS Nutrition Vanilla Shake(1 scoop)

  • Checkout this delicious yummy twist on the TLS Weightloss Vanilla Shake.

Directions

Start with the Bottom layer and mix the TLS nutrition shake, half of the banana and strawberries.

then add the chiaseed pudding for the middle and follow up with the top layer by using the other half of the banana, spinach and some more of the TLS Shake. Drink and Enjoy!!!
